General Use of Our Services Our website and administrative platform are intended to provide information about our childcare center, manage student enrollment, process tuition payments, and facilitate communication between our staff and parents/guardians. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes related to your child's care. 2. Mobile Messaging & SMS Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance) By opting into our mobile messaging program on our enrollment forms, you agree to receive text messages on your mobile device. Program Description: Text messages are used to send critical operational updates (e.g., center closures, event reminders, policy updates) and emergency notifications directly affecting your child. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on school events, schedule changes, and unexpected emergencies. Cost & Fees: Seeds of Wisdom Christian Preschool (Seeds of Wisdom Early Development) does not charge parents for text messaging services. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier depending on your mobile plan. Opt-Out (Unsubscribe): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to any mobile message you receive from us. After sending "STOP", we will send you a final text confirmation of your unenrollment, and you will no longer receive text updates unless you opt back in. Account Security and Parent Portal You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials created for our parent portal via MyKidReports. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 4. Limitation of Liability While we strive to provide immediate text notifications for emergency situations (such as weather-related school closures), we cannot guarantee message delivery. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier network. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 5.
